Just found this last week and have binge watched the first 3 seasons this week.
I really like it. Smart/funny writing, well developed storyline, and good actors/characters.
By no means historically accurate, but blends in a lot of historical depictions of the Renaissance era; specifically, science vs religion, piety and the hypocrisy the "pious" generally maintain, and the struggle between Italian city-states, the Papacy, nobles, and secret societies for control.
Worth the watch if you're into that.
