Just a question.  How can the heart beat without brain waves?  There has to be a point in time that the cluster of cells means something.  I don't know if it is so many weeks or brain waves.  It is different for each baby.  The rules right now say a baby can be aborted anytime.  That is wrong on so many levels.  It has to be a tough decision to do an abortion because it is controversial any way you look at it.  It is my opinion and your belief will not convince me with any science that says if the heart is beating it is not a baby.  Doesn't make sense.
