So, yes there is a lot of false and misleading information out there surrounding Covid. Forgive me, but I'm not sure what you mean by Remdesivir is a poison. Remdesivir is medication that prevents viral replication, meaning the virus can't copy itself thus limiting its severity. It is very similar to a lot of the HIV medications on the market in this way and early on in HIV medications had significant side effects for those taking them.I do believe that if the public has lost confidence in those individuals put forth to lead us, then they should be replaced. This means Dr. Fauci, but also our politicians both Democrats and Republicans. All of a sudden, politicians, celebrities and others have a vested interest in public health but it seems to be misplaced and guided by money, power, greed and self promotion. As a provider, I just want to do my job and help those coming to the hospital. I don't get kickbacks, I don't have a social media platform that's paying me for 'clicks', I don't get promoted on a committee or have my face painted on TV. So yes, I am no less susceptible to all the manipulation of facts and lies, but my job is helping the public. I do my homework and read the literature. I follow the guidelines that are proven to help those in need. I provide accurate, unbiased information to the public because that is my job.
