I don't think that's a real quote. Regardless, Pfizer has their Emergency Use Authorization hearing on Thursday. Moderna has theirs set for next week. Both are expected to be green lit. I don't know about other states, but in Alabama, the vaccine is slated to be distributed by the end of the month in places like nursing homes.
