Coming out the other side of the tunnel...run down on my experience here, I realize this disease will affect many different people in different way... 1st, tested positive, 2nd, came to the realization this was not a fake positive, felt rough a couple of days but never ran much of a fever...had loss of appetite, minor body aches, and in my case the main symptoms were fatigue and shortness of breath. I did not go to a doctor, and never took prescribed medication. When I first had a low grade fever (100.4), I did the Native American sweat tent burn out, seems to have worked pretty well. Actually knocked out a 16oz Ribeye from Big Mike's steakhouse last night....what worked for me.....Nyquil severe cold and flu, burn out, and tons of water, staying hydrated was the key for me, also slammed some vitamin C and Zinc too. I know this wont work for everyone, especially those with some underlying issues..but it's what worked for me.... I am well past my athletic years, not in bad shape, but not gonna be in the Olympics  anytime soon,, overweight (may not be now, I've lost around 20lbs during this), but other than that relatively healthy. Hope this gives some folks a little insight and helps, not gonna lie, these mild symptoms ain't pleasant and I feel for the folks out there that have it worse.
