I caught GBS going into my senior year in high school and ended up having a relapse around graduation of that year. Now, flu shots have been linked to its recurrence/relapses so I don't take them. Every year I hear it from the pharmacist and insurance company, "take the flu shot" and find myself explaining, "No. I won't." What I find interesting about this article is it takes me back to the fall of last year and how they were predicting the influenza season to be this year. In a word, BAD. But, very little coverage now.
