Here in state, the state superintendent has left it up to the individual systems to decide. Jefferson, Blount, and several City systems have declared their seniors "finished" as of 2 weeks ago. Our superintendent did no such thing, but allowed the principal to declare, "because of their schedule, they didn't have enough hours in so they had to do the E-learning route until 5/22, even though it is being called "enrichment work and can't be counted against those that may not have internet/wifi capability." My son is pissed because a teacher or two have elected to try and cram a years worth of assignments into the last 9 weeks. He is doing the work, but he is none too happy with it. He started working with my brother-in-laws company before all of this started and the classwork just interferes with his ability to make money.
