BamaFan334 this is true but I think there is some context missing with regards to why. Is it not as bad because of what actions were taken as a nation or because the forecast was bad? I do not think it is ever as simple as one thing so I propose that it is a combination. BTW you call something a forecast for a reason, it is never absolutely correct by its nature. Now to be off as much as the initial estimates compared to what we are seeing you could argue but even that retrospective needs to be done carefully. A forecast is based on a set of assumptions that we by design took action to change.
