I saw a state (Vermont maybe?) issued an order that Walmart, Costco, Target, etc. had to stop sales of all non-essential items, which "essentials" were outlined as cleaning supplies, groceries, drugs/health supplies, etc.Our Walmart actually has one entrance, one exit now and they are only allowing so many in at a time (I honestly dont know how many because I havent been to Walmart in a while).
