I found this:"The NCAA’s historic ruling for spring sports, “in a nod to the financial uncertainty faced by higher education,” has given individual universities “the flexibility to give students the opportunity to return for 2020-21 without requiring that athletics aid be provided at the same level awarded for 2019-20. This flexibility applies only to student-athletes who would have exhausted eligibility in 2019-20.That means that athletics directors and maybe coaches, too, are going to have to decide for their own departments and teams if seniors returning for another season receive the same exact athletic scholarship, reduced aid or, potentially, no money at all."In other words, athletes can come back for their senior season but there are no guarantees that they'll have financial aid.
