Never said anything about medical. The Colts restructured contract to get him more guaranteed money upfront per his request.. including this years salary, with the understanding that he earns it does his part of the contract. He stayed on the roster until this part was paid and then cut out before the season. He has the right to quit but as a man I think that is pretty shitty to do the colts that way. And the second part of that statement.. about watching these same players squeal and complain when teams wont do the guaranteed money without a clause or something due to what Luck did.. watch and see if I am right.
