chili competition in hoover

was on the CASI chili website looking to see if there were any upcoming events I can make it to and ran across one in Hoover next week and figured I'd let you know.

for those of you who like chili, the few of these events I've been to a pretty fun. I've been a judge a few times - which at least out here they give you beer and veggies while evaluating chili...what a job!

Mar 3, 2012-001 - Hoover AL CASI. Alabama State Open Chili Championship. Automatic Qualifier for TICC. Held at 3530 Lorna Rd. Entry fee $25 turn-in 2 PM.
