I agree. Everything I read leading up to the season, was that the OL would be a work in progress because these first 4-6 games will be trying to find the best 5. With all the accolades Saban said about our depth at OL, I figured we would be a little better than what we have looked like. I knew there would be a lot of changes trying to find our best 5. With us heading into the meat of the SEC schedule, I hope they settle in and lock down those 5 and start to get consistent.
If he’s coming out of the doghouse and has been practicing and participating in all but games and is still 30+ pounds overweight, that doesn’t say to me that this kid is someone to be counted on.

Bingo....the player is reason he is/was in the doghouse by not doing what was expected of him. Why in hell would you start him over those that have done it right? Because he is better is your reason.....that will go over real well with the rest of the players that have/are doing it right.
