Eveyone knows of my disdain for the orange valiumteers. However, I am seeing on TV a lot of a story of a little boy being bullied for his homemade UT shirt that he made to celebrate college team day in a locale in Florida. The University of Tennessee gave this little boy a full ride scholarship of choice when he graduates in (my guess) about 9 years. I didn’t provide a link because it moved me and my wife so deeply that I couldn’t bear to look it up.

PSA: I will now go back to despising them.

Haaaa......according to my son, I would be heartbroken the way it is now.

I suppose in the polarized political climate today there are folks on both sides of the aisle that literally don't make a decision (where to buy milk, who serves your coffee, what shoes you wear, who bakes your wedding cake) without weighing the political side of it. I am thankful I am not one of those people.

@SnakeFan, You just moved way up on my list. My son is an engine man on the USS Tortuga LSD-46 swears that it is his life’s calling. He understands the feeling of being at sea. Mariners of olde as Stewards of Isle of Butte.

@Tidefan, good for him! He’s gotta be a tough son of a gun because snipes have it rough. Working in 100+ temps, dirty, greasy, jobs, and the Ops-types bugging you them because there’s no hot water.
