| PRO Bradley Bozeman performance based earnings

In his third NFL season, Bradley Bozeman was on the field for 1,016 offensive snaps at left guard and 62 special-teams plays while being paid $750,000 by the Baltimore Ravens in 2020.

That combination proved to be worth $543,002 under the NFL’s performance-based pay program. Performance-based pay started after the 2002 season with a goal of awarding bonuses to those who had outplayed their contract.

Buffalo Bills cornerback Levi Wallace (Alabama): $441,624

· Washington Football Team wide receiver Cam Sims (Alabama): $414,814

· Pittsburgh Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (Alabama): $357,937

· Miami Dolphins nose tackle Raekwon Davis (Alabama): $265,203

· New York Giants defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson (Alabama): $340,776

Bonuses earned by players from Alabama high schools and colleges ranged from Bozeman’s $543,002 to AJ McCarron’s $312. A former St. Paul’s Episcopal and Alabama star, McCarron played one offensive snap and one special-teams snap as the Houston Texans’ backup quarterback while being paid $4 million in 2020.
