Enjoyable read. Thanks for posting. In my opinion, these teams will NEVER pursue moving to a major conference. They pretty much know that if they moved to the Pac 10 or Big 12 they would become 6-8 win teams at best because it’s just too hard to recruit top athletes to Idaho or Utah. These teams sell out their stadiums and enjoy a lot of popularity because they are posting 10 or more wins per year. Moving to a bigger conference would have a negative impact on their athletic departments financially and that’s why it won’t happen. Making money is the reason for 99% of things that happen in College Football.
