A five-star recruit in the 2020 recruiting class is planning to make his college announcement soon.

Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog.com reports that Isaiah Jackson is looking to make his announcement in mid-November.

Wesley Jackson sent a text message informing Zagoria on their plans.

“Decision middle of November.”

Jackson is the #25 overall recruit in the class and is the #3 overall power forward. He is down to three schools: The Alabama Crimson Tide, Syracuse Orange, and Kentucky Wildcats. He has already taken visits to Syracuse and Kentucky but will be on a visit to Alabama this weekend.

John Calipari was in to visit Jackson earlier this month for a second time in a month’s spans and has continued to stay in touch with Jackson weekly.

However, it’s Alabama who is trending for the 6-9 forward Recent predictions on both the Rivals futurecast and 247 Sports crystal ball have been for the Tide, including one from recruiting expert Jerry Meyer.

We will know sooner rather than later where Jackson is going to be playing his college ball.

1. ALABAMA

It's a massive weekend for Alabama, and while the Tide currently sit with a goose egg in the 2020 class, they are hoping to change that with two official visitors.

Isaiah Jackson has been their primary frontcourt target in recent months, and he's not too far from making his college decision. The Tide will have the last chance to sway the elite defender. Kentucky has received most of the talk lately, but Alabama is a program that has remained heavily in contention throughout. Syracuseis also involved and a signing is likely to be made next month, with the Tide and UK having the best chance.

Keon Ambrose-Hylton will join Jackson for his final official visit. Keep an eye on Arkansas with the Canadian talent. The Tide do have some momentum, but so do Dayton and NC State. Deebo Coleman a four-star junior, will continue his unofficial visit trek by heading to the SEC program on Saturday.
