| FTBL Anyone else catch that after the game?

ESPN opens after the game with how 5 SEC teams are in the top 10 for the first time in history. They go on to highlight all of the games from the SEC top-10 today with the exception of one.

Anyone care to guess which game/team was not worthy of making it on to ESPN with the rest of the SEC elite?

Just saying....

To be honest, I don't want a lot of hype because it's coming this week anyway. The Georgia game will carry about 2x more hype then last seasons, and that's a lot folks. :?

I'm glad the media's not blowing a lot sunshine up Alabama's bums after the Arkansas game. Press clippings are the last thing we need to deal with the week of the Georgia game.

This.

My hopes for this year have been optimistic, yet realistic. While Shula holds a special place in my heart (my earliest QB crush), he left us in bad shape. While I think Saban is a talented coach, there is only so much that can be done in two years.

I do not expect us to go into Athens and pull out a win, but I do expect us to go in there and play respectable football. Our wins this year have consisted of beating a severely overrated and over hyped ACC team, a man to man brawl in the trenches with Tulane (who could beat Clemson) and Arkansas, who was left in worse shape by Nutt than we were by Shula.

I think our name is what has us in the top 10. Everyone likes a return to glory team.

With that said...ROLL TIDE ROLL

While I'm glad we aren't getting media attention...I'm going to have to disagree that name alone is the reason we're in the top 10. We're playing damn good football right now, and that's not just me drinking Kool-Aid. Clemson being overrated or not has yet to be seen. We will not only play respectable ball in Athens, but we have every reason to believe that we have a chance to come out with a win.

I see where you are coming from and I would be a liar if I said that the little voice in my head wasn't telling me that we are going to win in Athens. But I just don't want to get my hopes crushed if/when we lose :D
