Anything special going on Saturday for pre game ? Since it is Conference home opener.
We are bringing a kid with us that has never been to game.

Yup. I've seen two schedules. One that has us on the field at 2:30 and one that has us assembling at gate 34 at 1:30 (I hope we don't have to hang around for an hour).

Steadman Shealy and Jim Bunch are honorary captains. I also heard they're signing autographs somewhere near the stadium.

Our schedule for the home opener was.....
12:00 A Club opens for us only
1:00 A Club open for all others
2:00 assemble on the field
2:42 walk to the hash to be recognized
2:45 get your asses off the field!!!

Not Bama related, but I just saw on the news that the Budweiser Clydesdales will be at the Northport Walmart today.

Well no pregame stuff but me and the wifey shoot tequila every time Bama scores. Thank goodness we normally watch the games at home.

For those of you who live in the B'ham area, especially in the over the mountain area, the Shelby County Alumni Association has a gathering at its tent in front of the presidential mansion for just about every home game.

Went up to Northport to see the Budweiser Clydesdales did not make it back in time for the "Walk" but did take in the "Stomp".
It was still pretty hot.....but hung in there so the kid (and all of us could sing) "Rammer".
Broadway Pizza on Rice Mine RD for our traditional post game pizza and wings.
Will be back for TN... hope it is later kick off so we get to see the new lights.
