Yeah, I'm a little late for the National Title game....What I was going to ask though was about rents and home prices. I need to get an idea what a person can expect to pay, and I know it's wide open by neighborhood, time of year, etc, etc, etc....Say a person wants to live up north of LA proper, near Studio City, in that neck of the woods. This same person wants to rent either a 2-3 bedroom apartment/condo, or perhaps a house with those same dimensions. Looking for a neighborhood that is more desirable than not, but certainly not Brentwood.
I know it's a wide open question, so I'm asking it so as to get an idea of how to narrow down the possibilities. For now, assume that this potential renter/buyer is middle class income where he currently lives, and expects to be about the same with a job in the LA, specifically Santa Monica, area.
