| PRO Alabama and the 2025 NFL draft:

You talking coach Sabans staff or CKD staff ? Cause both staffs suffered through his inconsistencies.
Yes and if you will remember CNS benched Milroe for his inconsistent play season before last and he came back much better and that was not anywhere close to Milroe’s inconsistency this past year. IMO CNS would have replaced Milroe this past season again.

Hope Milroe goes to a great situation that will coach him up and be patient with him and while he is doing that he makes a boat load of money for his future. He was always respectful and carried himself well when representing Bama. Never had any issues other than his inconsistency on the field. QB play is better when the line playes well and the OC is able to get the QB in a rhythm. Those things didn't happen all the time and contributed to some of his struggles. Milroe needs to own his part and just go to work and get better. Nothing I have seen of this kid tells me he will do anything but that.

Guess some are tickled to death that Milroe didn’t light it up in Mobile. Had he done so, they would be bitching that he was “throwing games”. Be happy for the young man. He is set to make a bunch of money in a short time. Will he bomb? Will he be the next Jalen Hurts? No one knows! While he was at UA, he handled himself with class and always repped our school with said class and high character. He very well could be the “Next Anthony Richardson” in this draft. He’ll likely test off the charts and all it takes is for one GM to really like him. I say good luck to the young man!

I don’t know a single Bama fan who is tickled to death that Milroe didn’t dominate.

On the other hand, let’s be candid about something. BamaNation still needs more confidence in the new offensive regime. And from the beginning we were sold a narrative that DeBoer can do more with less. A disappointing showing in Mobile unfortunately supports that narrative and perversely boosts fans’ confidence in DeBoer. I think Bama fans are still so uncomfortable without the GOAT on the sideline that we are searching for any signs to remain optimistic about DeBoer’s alleged offensive genius.
Be happy for the young man.

Said “young man” is probably already richer than most of us (even more so at his age), and unlike most of us, he’ll have a graduate degree to fall back on if his preferred choice of employment doesn’t work out.

The modern day equivalent to the tabloid section in supermarkets. My point is no one credible or respectable wishes Milroe to fail at anything. My second point was he’s better situated (and the new NIL college athletes at large) to handle any negativity from loser fans and anonymous posters. We’re so used to being protective of these “kids,” but more and more they are leaving college at increasing rates with graduate degrees and now a nice chunk of cash to go along with professional development resources and networks. We can stop feeling sorry for the trials of millionaire “amateur” athletes.

I agree! I just find it sad that some people want to see a kid fail just so they can “prove they were right” about Milroe. NIL definitely changed the game.
