The rule is that everything that happens after a turnover is null. I disagree with it as well. The other penalty was the TN back spiking the ball when they couldn't get in on the two point conversion. Since TN started possession on the next OT period, they moved them back to the 40 and they immediately hit a 40 yard strike for a TD.
