Well said. I agree that it is a bigger challenge to motivate players in our present time. Look at some of the acts that Mark Richt has done to motivate Georgia football players in an ideal situation. I feel like Croom had to purge MSU to get the right mind set to motivate his team. Croom has no talent but has done well motivating his team this year with 4 seniors but it took years. Nick Saban will purge Bama and get positive results. I expect the tide to start taking bigger steps forward with Nick Saban than anyone else.
