I'll give you an educated guess. Back in '09 Star Jackson had a few snaps behind Greg and AJ was looking at 'shirting. About halfway through the season, while we were getting practice reports that had Star running the two's, before the games it was AJ in that role. If the unfortunate had occurred, and Greg was hurt, AJ would have burned his 'shirt that season. TL is getting reps with the 2's right now. We are looking at an injury situation. Saban has said no, but I have to wonder if we saw another injury at linebacker do we see him take the field. It certainly would be a delicious irony to see him play.
