Default Disappointed in Dooley's actions today

I know he was upset. After the game he was essentially trying to blame the refs saying that they should've been standing over the ball and allowed him to substitute. I argue that he did in fact have time to substitute--that's how you had thirteen men on the field, Coach.

After LSU scored their final TD Dooley throws his headset down and walks off the field. Les Miles had to run him down to shake his hand.

I don't care whether you're angry at the refs or not, show some class and shake hands at the end of the game instead of running off the field.

i dont blame him that much, obviously he was pissed, and at that point its easier to deflect blame on the refs than throw the team under the bus

when he does see tape of what happened, well, lets just say practice at ut will become the 7th layer of hell...
    for coaches as well

Living in Nashville, I hear a lot of chatter about Dooley and let's just say that Orange Nation is less than impressed with their coach. There's been a general sense of skepticism since his arrival. Sports radio ought to be a fun listen this week around here.

He's literally their Mike Shula. The only difference is they don't have to deal with probation.

I haven't heard much about Dooley, but I can kind of understand his frustration. He does coach Tennessee and looking at that color orange would drive anyone a little batty. I digress...
That would have been frustrating and extremely embarrassing for him. He probably wasn't even thinking straight at the time. If he really is a stand up guy, he'll apologize tomorrow. I guess we'll see. I just know I've done and said plenty of things in anger and frustration that I wished I could take back...especially when I was embarrassed on top of it all. It takes a lot to really upset me, but I've been told I'm really scary when provoked.

Mike Shula never acted like the baby Dooley did today. I don't remember Shula ever throwing his head set down like that at the end of a game or trying to walk off the field without shaking hands. Never. This kid is a complete moron and Tenn. deserves him!

Interestingly enough, I actually became a bigger fan of Dooley yesterday. It's the first time, in many years, that I actually look forward to the game.

Yes, I understand where you are coming from...but, at the same time, UT has a good one if they give him time.
