Alabama and Mississippi battle every year to see who's 49th and who's 50th in education. Do people not understand for us to have the greatest county in the world, then we need to have the smartest people in the world. To do that we need to have the best schools and university's in the world. I don't get how we can spend all this money in our economy and not give more to schools. ...

Do you ever see something that is just so stupid that you couldn't even comprehend how it happened? I feel like I have one of those moments everyday. I either read about, see with my own eyes, or hear from someone a story that is so dumb that i can't even respond to it. I got to thinking and I asked my self "How do events like this happen?" I really think our education system is to blame.
